PARENTS:

1) Please make sure your child is wearing their jersey that day. 

2) If you have purchased a bat for your child to use during game play, please make sure to bring that with you. We have the players hold the bat for the individual photos we take of them. If you do not have one, that is OK!  We will be asking the coaches to bring at least one of the bats provided to them from the league. No helmets or gloves are needed.

3) If your child is wearing a hat in the photo, we may need to adjust the hat so that we can see their eyes in the pictures.

4) Please have the order forms filled out regardless if you wish to purchase additional photos or not. Remember to circle their age division U7, U9, U11! This information is used to ensure your players photo is attached to their information. If you wish you can print ahead of time and bring with you, however we will have additional copies with us on the day of the event. A reminder that if you are purchasing additional photos, payment is due on day picture day. We will be accepting cash, email money transfer, and card payments via tap only. 

5) Please ensure your children are away from the greenspace behind the backstop. We love seeing all the happy playing kids, but we also want to make sure your players photos turn out the best they can be.

 

COACHES:

1) We ask that you bring one of the bats from your league supplied bag, as mentioned above in the parents section, we have the players hold the bat for the individual photos we take.

2) Please ensure your players are away from the greenspace behind the backstop.
